Bala Gangadhar Tilak was Born on 26th July 1856 in Ratnagiri District of Maharashtra and Died on 1" August 1920 Tilak is one of the few prominent patriots who fought for freeing the Motherland from the iron clutches of other's rule with his lifetime efforts. He is the first leader who identified the role of public in Independence struggle of India. "Independence is my birth right" is the first message he had given to the world. That's why he is remembered as Lok Manya Tilak.

COLOUR OF HOUSE: BLUE

Blue is the color of the azure sky that is infinite and the color of the fathomless ocean, it exudes tranquility and calmness, yet at the same time it is electric and dynamic. Subhash Chandra Bose was Born on 23'January 1897 in Cuttack and died in a plane crash in taiwan in1945.Bose was known in particular for his militant approach to independence and for his push for socialistic policies. He was a charismatic influence of the youth and earned the title of "Netaji” by establishing and leading the INA during India's struggle for independence. He was the president of Indian national congress from 1938-39

PATEL HOUSE

MOTTO: HONESTY AND SINCERITY

Sardar Vallabhai Patel was born on 31st October 1875 in Gujarat. He was the senior leader of Indian national congress and one of the founding members of republic of India. Sardar vallabhai patel popularly known as the 'Iron Man of Indian' - Patel was instrumental in uniting the country through merger of small princely states. He was the hero of the bardoli satyagraha. The poor people of bardoli not bear 30 percent increase in taxes. Patel launched his satyagraha for their cause. lt won him the title of “Sardar” from Gandhiji. When India became independent in 1947 sardar patel became the home minister under nehru. He did a very good work of keeping law and order in partition riots. He died as a proud man in the year 1949.

JHANSI HOUSE

MOTTO: LOVE AND BROTHOOD

Rani Lakshmi Bai was born at Bithur on June15th 1834. She was married to Raja Gangadhar of Jhansi. She became widow after two years of her marriage. She wished adopt a son. Lord Dalhousie, the governor general of India, did not allow her to do so. She refused to obey the orders of governor general. She adopted a son and declared herself independent. This paved the British angry and they attacked rani lakshmi bai. She fought against the britishers bravely and heroically. She got a very bad wound so long as she lived she kept the flag of independence flying. Rani lakshmi bai sowed the seeds of independence and heroism. India never forgets her name. She was titled “Veeranari".

Red is used as a symbol of courage and sacrifice. It also signifies the color of the sun, a symbol of energy, radiating its vitalizing cosmic force into human beings.
